Takaful IBB presents over $120000 to JO/SKS

Borneo Bulletin:Takaful IBB Berhad is committed to honouring its 'Takaful' (Islamic insurance) certificate holders by providing them with either 'Mudharabah' (dividends) or benefits payable under 'Takaful' certificates.
The lucrative dividends and flexible coverage are just some of the reasons why most consumers in Brunei are opting for Islamic insurance policies.

Yesterday morning, Takaful IBB Berhad presented $127,209.78 to Joffren Omar Co Sdn Bhd and Syarikat Kejuruteraan Sistematik Sdn Bhd (JO/SKS) for their participation in the 2008 'Takaful' packages.

The Director and Acting Managing Director of Takaful IBB Berhad, Dato Seri Setia Ustaz Hj Metussin bin Hj Baki, handed the cheque over to JO/SKS Managing Director Awg Omar bin Abdul during a simple ceremony at the head office of the two companies at Sungai Bera Light Industrial Area Seria.

JO/SKS has been one of Takaful IBB Berhad's leading corporate clients since 2002. SKS is one of the main contractors for the Brunei Shell group of companies and is currently carrying out several major contracts with BSP and BLNG.

Takaful IBB Berhad have catered a "tailor made" 'Takaful' coverage package for SKS and JO to cover their business activities, which mainly relates to the oil and gas industry.
