HSBC Amanah, the global Islamic financial services unit of the HSBC, on Thursday declared the appointment of Khaled Rasheed as regional head of HSBC Amanah, Middle East & North Africa, with immediate effect, according to a report in The Peninsula, a Qatari daily.
Rasheed will be responsible for overseeing HSBC Amanah's core Islamic banking competencies in the Middle East, including personal financial services, commercial banking and private banking.
